The BEST of 2013!

Thank you to ALL of my amazing clients and new friends I met this year! It was amazing. Not only did I get so many great clients through Love Bee Photography, I also joined the Renaissance Studios team and met so many great clients there as well! (some of those client images may be sprinkled through this post!).
I had the pleasure of shooting so many newborns, mamas-to-be, families, events and more. Such a variety of images when I looked through them all, it made me smile a lot!
I cannot wait to see what 2014 will bring! Not only will my own family have a new addition in April, I hope to meet many of your new additions and capture all those amazing life events for you as well!

The L Clan - Port Stanley Family Photography

My best friend since pretty much birth. Even our parents grew up together. So it seems right that I would be the one to photograph this family, who I often call my own!
Mind you, most of them do not really like getting photos taken, but you really can't tell. Just like you can't tell it rained in the middle of this session, so the whole thing was shot in about 20 minutes! Not really the quality time I like to spend with my dear friend whom I do not get to see enough as it is! :(
So it was gloomy, overcast, rainy. But they smiled, and the pictures are wonderful! I hope Mom and Dad love them!

Urban Family - Port Stanley Family Photography

My favourite family to photograph! I love that I get to shoot this family so many times a year. Maybe because Mom is one of my best friends? Likely.
This time we decided that even though there were some gorgeous fall colours out there, we were going to shoot in the small village that Karla and I grew up in. Its a super cute fishing village on Lake Erie, south of London Ontario, and directly across the lake from Cleveland, Ohio. I will be posting a little blog about the village shortly!

The M Family - Georgetown Family Photography - Scotsdale Farm, Georgetown

This is the second time I have had the honour of shooting the M family! Last time was at thier home, very personal and real. This time we headed outside for some fall photos! It was FREEZING but this family toughed it out. The boys played and ignored the cold. Mom was sick.  BUT somehow, you cannot tell any of this in the photos! To me they look happy and loving and like the perfect family they are!

I scream for Ice Cream! - Toronto Family Photography

I asked Dina - what does your family love to do together? Her reply - go for ice cream!
So that is what we did!
Not only that, the location she chose, Dutch Dreams in Toronto, was where they went on one of their first dates!  (before their daughter arrived!)

What a perfect, crazy, colourful location. I cannot belive I have never been to this place, the line up was out the door and it was impossible to find a place to sit! You will understand why when you see the ice cream!
